1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity.
1.2 The Platform may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will automatically become effective on the date they are posted. 2.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• ▪ Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the core algorithm source code of Platform models;
• ▪ Posting or transmitting unlawful information, abusive content, viruses, or malicious code;
• ▪ Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform, including launching DDoS attacks or over‑volume requests;
• ▪ Impersonating another person or making false statements about your relationship with the Platform.

2.3 Account Security
If you register an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2.4 Data Accuracy
The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of match data, predictive models, and statistical information but cannot guarantee that it is error‑free. You acknowledge that all predictions are probability‑based algorithmic simulations; actual match outcomes may deviate from simulated values.

3. Disclaimers

3.1 No Reliance; Risk Assumed
All data, analysis, predictions, and content provided by the Platform are for reference only and do not constitute betting advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Any decision you make based on Platform information is at your sole risk. The Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of Platform information.

3.2 Technical Disclaimer
The Platform does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free. The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, hacker attacks, viruses, system maintenance, or force majeure.

3.3 Third‑Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third‑party websites. You access them at your own risk.

3.4 Model Limitations
All predictive models (including ELO, Monte Carlo simulations, xG, etc.) are based on historical data and statistical assumptions and cannot fully account for the inherent unpredictability of football matches (e.g., red cards, injuries, weather). The Platform makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any prediction.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, data models, algorithms, software, trademarks, logos) is the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and international treaty provisions.
4.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works based on Platform content without the Platform’s explicit written authorisation.
4.3 Comments, feedback, or suggestions you submit to the Platform are deemed a perpetual, royalty‑free, irrevocable license to use them, provided that the Platform will not publicly disclose your personal identity.

5. Termination & Amendment of Terms

5.1 Termination
If you violate these Terms, the Platform is entitled to terminate your account, restrict access, and delete related data immediately without prior notice. You may also stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. After termination, you are not entitled to any refund or compensation.

5.2 Amendment of Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time as needed. By continuing to use the Platform after modifications become effective, you indicate your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

5.3 Survival
Provisions regarding disclaimers, intellectual property, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of your account.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (without regard to conflict of laws principles).
6.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court located in the Platform’s operating address (Chaoyang District, Beijing).
6.3 The invalidity of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The Platform reserves all rights not expressly granted.
