1. What Information We Collect

- When you participate in predictions or interactive analysis, we may collect your preferences regarding match outcomes, probabilities, and historical records (no real-money transaction data — the Platform is for data analysis only).
- When you contact customer support or provide feedback, we collect the content of your communication and your contact details.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address.
- Log information: time of access, duration of use, clickstream data, pages and features you visit.
- Location information: coarse location based on IP address, used only to optimise content delivery; we do not collect precise GPS location.

1.3 Information from Third Parties
- When you log in via social media accounts (e.g., WeChat, Twitter), we may obtain your public avatar and nickname (with your consent).
- We do not actively collect sensitive identity information such as your full name, national ID number, or bank account details. The Platform does not involve real-money transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your personal information on a lawful basis, primarily for the following purposes:

All user data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers located within mainland China, protected by AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We do not proactively transfer your personal information outside of China. However, if you access the Platform from a network outside China, data may pass through international routing nodes; we apply equivalent security measures to protect that transfer.

Data retention period: We will retain your information as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Information Sharing, Transfer & Public Disclosure

4.1 Sharing
We only share information with necessary third parties that help us provide services to you, such as cloud service providers and push notification service providers. These third parties are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and for no other purpose.

4.2 Transfer
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction, we will require the new entity to continue to comply with this Privacy Policy and will notify you in advance.

4.3 Public Disclosure
We will not publicly disclose your personal information except: (a) with your explicit consent; or (b) as required by law, regulation, legal proceedings, or competent government authorities.

• ▪ Incident response: A data breach response plan is in place, along with regular penetration testing and vulnerability scanning;
• ▪ Employee confidentiality: All technical personnel sign confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from accessing user data without authorisation.

While we continuously improve our security measures, no internet environment is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authorities within 72 hours as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support:

• ▪ Access & Correction: View or modify your profile, email address, and phone number after logging in;
• ▪ Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated information (your data will be anonymised after account closure);
• ▪ Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to push notifications or personalisation (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal);
• ▪ Data Portability: Export a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format;

We will respond to your request within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the cyberspace administration or consumer association.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under the age of 14, please do not use the prediction features. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have improperly collected information from a child, please contact us to delete it.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to business changes or legal requirements. For material changes (e.g., changes to the purposes of information use or the scope of data sharing), we will notify you via pop‑ups or announcements and obtain your renewed, explicit consent.
